Yes — Lakeway has active HOAs and Bee Cave has municipal lighting rules. We design with both in mind. We can't submit your paperwork on your behalf, but we'll provide the lighting specs you need for pre-approval. Most of our installs are warm white, which is universally approved.

Text us. We come fix it. Always. Maintenance is included in every package — we carry replacement bulbs on the truck because we know how this goes.
We can — Bee Cave and Lakeway have some beautiful statement oaks that take wraps well. But trees are quoted separately at the site visit. We use bark-safe attachment methods and quote based on size and access. Most clients out here skip trees because the rooflines and architectural lighting do so much of the work on these homes.
