Within 24 hours, usually much faster. Texts get the quickest reply. During install season (October–December) we're on roofs most of the day, so texting beats calling.
The first number is a range so you can budget. The firm quote comes after a quick 15-minute site visit where we measure your home and confirm the design. Most final quotes land within the range we give you.
You own them. Every package price includes the lights, the install, the take-down, and the off-season storage — and the lights are yours from day one. Most other holiday lighting companies lease their lights, which means you pay every year and never own anything. That's not how we work.
A ballpark is fine — or just send your address and a photo of the front of the house. We finalize everything at the site visit anyway.
As early as you can. Early-November install windows fill up by mid-October. If you want lights up before Thanksgiving, reach out by October 1.
