Stuff Caliterra Neighbors Ask First.
The questions we hear most often from homeowners in your section.
Early. We schedule the first Caliterra installs in early November, and the peak weekends fill up by mid-October. Book by October 1 for first-choice install dates, especially if you want lights up before Thanksgiving.
We design every install with Caliterra HOA guidelines in mind. We can't submit your paperwork on your behalf (that has to come from you), but we'll provide the lighting specs you need if your section requires pre-approval. Most of our installs are warm white, which is the safest palette in the community.
All of them. Lariat Trail, Hidden Springs, Wildflower Ridge, and the streets near the Caliterra Pool & Pavilion. If you're on the eastern edge near Belterra or south toward Headwaters, we have you covered too.
Text us. We come fix it. Always. Maintenance is included in every package — we carry replacement bulbs on the truck because we know how this goes.
We can, but we quote trees separately at the site visit. Caliterra's younger plantings vary in how well they take wraps — bigger oaks fine, newer ornamentals more delicate. We'd rather quote honestly than throw them in a package and rush. Most of our Caliterra clients skip trees and let the roofline + landscape lighting do the heavy lifting.
