Early. Dripping Springs is our home market, which means it also books fastest. We start the first installs in early November, and peak weekends fill up by mid-October. Book by October 1 for first-choice install dates — especially if you want lights up before Thanksgiving. Repeat clients get priority booking access in September.
Dripping Springs has both. Newer subdivisions like Belterra, Caliterra, and Headwaters have active HOAs with specific lighting rules. Older homes, downtown properties, and acreage outside the major developments usually don't. We design with whatever rules apply to your specific property and provide the lighting specs you need for any pre-approval forms.

Yes — Dripping Springs has some of the most beautiful statement live oaks in the Hill Country, and they wrap beautifully when done right. Trees are quoted separately at the site visit, though, because the install takes real time and we use bark-safe attachment methods to avoid damage. Most clients skip trees in favor of more roofline coverage, but the option's always there.
