Stuff Driftwood Neighbors Ask First.
The questions we hear most often from homeowners in your section.
Early. We schedule the first Driftwood installs in early November, and the peak weekends fill up by mid-October. Book by October 1 for first-choice install dates, especially if you want lights up before Thanksgiving.
Most of Driftwood is unincorporated acreage without a formal HOA — which means you have a lot more freedom than your Belterra friends. We default to warm white because it photographs best against Hill Country stone, but multi-color and custom palettes are all on the table.

Text us. We come fix it. Always. Maintenance is included in every package — we carry replacement bulbs on the truck because we know how this goes.
We can, and Driftwood properties often have the kind of statement live oaks that benefit most from wraps. But trees are quoted separately at the site visit — the oaks here are big, the install takes real time, and we use bark-safe attachment methods to avoid damage. We'd rather quote honestly than rush.
