Stuff Belterra Neighbors Ask First.
The questions we hear most often from homeowners in your section.
Early. We schedule the first Belterra installs in early November, and the peak weekends fill up by mid-October. Book by October 1 for first-choice install dates, especially if you want lights up before Thanksgiving.
We design every install with Belterra HOA guidelines in mind. We can't submit your paperwork on your behalf (that has to come from you), but we'll provide the lighting specs you need if your section requires pre-approval. Most of our installs are warm white, which is the safest palette in the community.

Text us. We come fix it. Always. Maintenance is included in every package — we carry replacement bulbs on the truck because we know how this goes.
We can, but we quote trees separately at the site visit. Mature live oaks in Belterra take real time to wrap right without bark damage, and we'd rather quote honestly than throw them in a package and rush. Most of our Belterra clients skip trees and let the roofline + landscape lighting do the work — the difference is smaller than you'd think.
